All meetings and events will be held in the Suite Tower of the Galt House Hotel at 140 N. Fourth St., Louisville, KY 40202.

Hotel rates include free parking in the East garage and Wi-Fi for registered guests.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to change your plans. If you need to modify or cancel your hotel reservation, we kindly request that you notify beth.pleasant@kaco.org BEFORE contacting the hotel. This will allow us to promptly handle the cancellation and make the room available to others who are on a waiting list. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of an individual reservation must be received 48 hours in advance of arrival date.
